I have a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science (magna cum laude) from Georgia State University 2006 and a Masters in Statistics (magna cum laude) from Kennesaw State University 2010.
Experience
I have tutored Math to my peers and others since I was in high school and had worked as a tutor at Georgia Perimeter College for over five years. Throughout those years I have learned and adapted different tutoring styles and techniques and acquired the discipline to become the tutor I'm now. I like tutoring Math because I enjoy making a difference, I love solving problems and It also gives me a chance to put my skill expertise to a good use. I tutor because I see the positive effects. It is a great way for students to learn skills that they can use immediately, as well as in the future. Not every stage in the road to success will be enjoyable or easy. I just want to help make these courses be as enjoyable and understandable as possible so you can succeed. I recognize that everyone learns differently and want to show you that a different approach to teaching may be the perfect mode of help for you.
