I'm James, and I live in Tucker, Georgia. I have a bachelor's degree from Tulane University and a master's degree from the University of New Orleans. I'm currently employed as a medical researcher at Emory University. I'm an experienced tutor for students in upper level psychology, statistics, and biology classes. I can also tutor students in math, algebra, English, Spanish, American history, World history, social studies, chemistry, geometry, and biology. I have a special fondness for teaching students study and organizational skills, as I'm also a parent who is aware of the challenges we face in keeping our children motivated and successful in school. I work as a team with the student and parents so we can set attainable goals for the student and monitor our progress along the way. I've seen students make progress with their study skills after only a few sessions.When I have free time, I like to spend it with my family going to one of our many beautiful parks, going hiking, or taking in a movie. I'm also a sports fan who enjoys spending an afternoon watching football.
